Rules for using LingoCast responsibly and safely. Paid subscriptions are sold only in the apps.
You must use LingoCast lawfully, respect other people’s privacy and obtain consent before recording where required. Automated output can be inaccurate; verify important medical, legal, financial or safety information with a qualified person.
You must be able to enter a binding contract in your country. LingoCast is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, you may not use the apps.
The mobile apps are accountless. Access to Pro cloud features requires a valid store subscription verified by purchase proof—not a LingoCast login.
Translations and learning aids are assistive outputs, not guaranteed professional interpretation or simultaneous interpreting. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions.
You retain rights in content on your device. When you use Pro cloud translation, you grant LingoCast only the limited permission needed to process that request.
LingoCast Pro is sold only as an in-app purchase through the app store you installed LingoCast from. This website never takes payment.
LingoCast Pro is offered as a monthly plan and a yearly plan. Both are auto-renewing subscriptions. Your local price, the billing period, and any free trial you are eligible for are shown by the store before you confirm the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off through your store account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can cancel at any time in your store account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; it does not retroactively refund the current period except where the store or applicable law requires it. Refund eligibility is decided and processed by the store, not by LingoCast. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Features may change as models, devices and laws evolve. Fair-use controls may apply to Pro cloud calls to protect service availability.
