LingoCast is a consecutive (turn-by-turn) speech translation app. No account. Free on-device translation on Android 8+, with a supported language pair and installed resources. The app requires Android 6+. On Android 6–7, translation needs Pro and a network connection. Offline voice input also needs on-device speech recognition; otherwise Android system speech recognition may process audio online. Pro is enhanced cloud text translation while online.
